Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the shoes you receive from us, please contact us within /*seven*/ days of received your shoes. It is our responsibility to provide every customer with complete satisfaction -- No question asked!

Please make sure the shoes have not been worn at all before sending them back to us. I will repeat:the shoes must be unworn or we will reject your refund. After we receive the returned package and verify the footwear to be in its original condition, we will refund your purchase price directly through the credit card you paid with. Customers are required to pay return freight on all returns.

Pls DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won`t be successfully processed. Please also email us the relevant tracking number at Sales@Jordan8us.com after you ship them out.

Exchange Policy

Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to www.Jordan8us.Com and paying for shipping & handling a new shipment back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to www.Jordan8us.Com must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.
